Women and children in Armenia, especially those without prior field knowledge, faced significant barriers to entering the tech world and developing the skills to start or join a startup.

We designed Accelerator #5 as a fully free, three-volume program combining tech and business training with hands-on startup development, built specifically for first-time learners and intentionally inclusive of women and children.

• A free-of-charge program lowering the financial entry barrier to tech
• Combined tech and business curriculum, not just one or the other
• A pipeline from training into the ImpactAIM Accelerator Program for the strongest projects
• Graduates who returned as trainers, building a self-sustaining community

Three completed volumes of Accelerator #5; participants graduated equipped to launch startups or join existing ones; the strongest projects entered the ImpactAIM Accelerator; a portion of graduates became trainers themselves, directly advancing SDG 5 on gender equality.
