Armenia faces a chronic mismatch between labor market demand and supply. Workplaces are changing fast, and students, educators, and policymakers lack the timely, granular evidence they need to make informed decisions about education and careers.

We built edu2work.am as Armenia’s first AI-powered labor market analytics tool, scraping and analyzing thousands of online job postings with machine learning. The platform was co-designed with three distinct user groups (students, policymakers, and universities), each receiving views tailored to their decisions. Behavioral experiments complemented the data, testing how to nudge students and parents toward informed STEM choices.
