Armenian secondary school students transitioning to high school lacked informed career guidance (particularly toward STEM fields), and the policy tools meant tto help them had never been rigorously tested for effectiveness.

Building on the Edu2Work platform, we designed parallel nudge interventions for two audiences. Students received an inspirational video featuring young Armenian STEM professionals, paired with reflection worksheets. Parents received a letter from the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport plus a brochure on the long-term utility value of STEM careers.

The most effective intervention is being translated into a national policy recommendation on career orientation, turning experimental evidence into how Armenia guides the next generation of students.
