Despite its long history, Armenia is still a relatively new player in global tourism. Policymakers and businesses had limited data-driven insight into what tourists actually experience: what works, what doesn’t, and how preferences vary across regions and locations.

We built an AI pipeline that scrapes and analyzes tourist reviews from major platforms in real time, surfacing positive and negative insights at the level of regions, cities, and individual sites. The result is a single source of truth that policymakers, businesses, and travelers can all use.
